Portafrutta

Il portafrutta nasce dal gesto di un sasso lanciato in un lago. Nel punto d’impatto si generano cerchi concentrici che si espandono nello spazio. Queste onde diventano anelli ceramici sovrapposti, irregolari e dinamici.
La base compatta richiama il sasso, origine e centro della forma. La struttura si apre verso l’alto, lasciando passare aria e luce.
Un istante naturale viene cristallizzato in un oggetto funzionale e poetico.

Fruit bowl

The fruit bowl originates from the gesture of a stone thrown into a lake. At the point of impact, concentric ripples spread through the water. These waves are transformed into overlapping, irregular ceramic rings. The solid base recalls the stone, the origin and core of the form. The structure opens upward, allowing air and light to pass through.
A fleeting natural moment is crystallized into a functional, poetic object.
